Ingredients: Sardines (Sardinops sagax or Sardinops melanostictus), & water.

Fishing method: Single-species purse seine methods that virtually eliminate unintended bycatch. Any incidental bycatch of other species is fully retained & utilised. Nothing is discarded. FADs are never used.
