The Sunflower honey, as all of the honey, is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this premium honey.

This is honey from hives situated in the sunflower fields at the height of summer & has all the flavours of the season in a jar.

This is a warm yellowy honey, buttery & superb for spreading on toast. This honey will bring a taste of summer to your plate all year round.

It has a medium sweet & mellow flavour which makes it a favourite with all the family.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.
