The Manuka honey Active 15+, as all of the honey, is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins and enzymes which make Manuka honey one of natures wonders.

It is produced in one of the least polluted environments in the world, New Zealand.

Manuka has a rich pungent aroma and full flavour, absolutely bursting with goodness.

This is the premium Manuka product. The bees cannot make any higher activity level than the mid to high tens.

Most high grade Manuka has been artificially heated to enhance its activity to unnatural levels which often destroys the goodness that people want. However, Littleover Apiaries do not try to artificially “boost” activity levels, instead preferring to supply the honey in the way in which the bees intended.
