The Mexican clear honey, as all of the honey is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this premium honey.

This Mexican honey is medium to dark honey with an individual tropical flavour unique, & believed, to Mexico.

It is from the Yucatan area of Mexico renowned for the varied & tropical wildflowers & cactus plants.

It has a good strength, making it great for use as a cooking ingredient or as a sweetener & is superb for spreading on toast or a hot buttered crumpet. Or if you are feeling adventurous, next time you make a chilli con carne add a teaspoon of Mexican honey & taste the difference.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.
