The hives are situated in an area of Certified Organic wilderness far from any source of pollution in New Zealand’s beautiful Islands. A wilderness area renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty. This habitat is a vital source of food for some of the worlds rarest insects & creatures.

It was ensured that the farming was done in a sustainable & responsible manner while producing this delicate honey with its unique taste.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.
