The organic clear clover honey, as all of the honey, is cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this premium honey.

The hives are situated in an area of Certified Organic wilderness far from any source of pollution in New Zealand`s beautiful South Island. This area is renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty & its never ending pastures of clover. This habitat is a vital source of food for some of the world`s rarest insects & creatures.

It was ensured that the farming was done in a sustainable & responsible manner while producing this delicate honey with its unique taste.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.
